SIA
Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk
Sia began her career as a dental assistant in 2016. She now works as an insurance coordinator. Being cross-trained helps her understand both the clinical and financial sides of patient care, so she can better assist our patients. She is very grateful to work with a caring doctor and a compassionate team that truly values empathy and support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading books, and occasionally watching a good series or a movie.
MARIA
Registered Dental Assistant
María is originally from Cuba. She has always been interested in oral health, and has consistently felt a strong connection to this field. She is a responsible, dedicated, and compassionate person who takes pride in providing quality care and creating a positive experience for others. In her free time, she enjoys activities like going out, walking, and shopping. She also enjoy visiting restaurants with cuisines from different countries and cultures. Additionally, she truly enjoys spending quality time with her friends, as it helps her maintain a positive and balanced lifestyle.
JORDAN
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jordan is a very proud Registered Dental Hygienist. She is very dedicated to educating patients on having the best Oral Health Care instructions for home and also make them comfortable and safe when seeing her at our office. She loves the outdoors and most importantly spending time with her son who means the world to her. She always goes that extra mile to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible when coming into our treatment rooms and feeling their best when they leave.
LEXI
Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk
Lexi brings over 10 years of comprehensive experience in the dental field, which has given her a well-rounded understanding of both clinical and administrative operations. Originally from Chicago, she spent much of her childhood and summers in Texas, allowing her to develop a strong familiarity with the region and its culture. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new recipes for her husband and daughter and spending time at the dog park with her white lab, Treat.
AMANDA
Dental Assistant
Amanda was born and raised in Austin and has lived in the Austin area for most of her life. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2023 with an integrative studies degree focused on business, English, and ceramics. She is new to the dental field, as she began her career as a dental assistant at Highlight Family Dentistry in September 2025, and has enjoyed learning about dentistry. In particular, Amanda enjoys interacting with and caring for patients, as well as applying things she learned in college to her day-to-day as a dental assistant.
Outside of the office, Amanda prefers to spend her time outside. She loves gardening and hiking with her dog, Leif. Her other hobbies include ceramics, sewing, writing, and learning about different plants and animals.
DANIELLA
Dental Assistant
Daniella Delgado has been a registered dental assistant since February of 2021. She appreciates being able to apply her dental knowledge to educate patients on their oral health and restorations. Seeing the smile on a patient’s face after treatment and restoring their smile, gives her immense pride in her work. She works hard and connects with each patient and handles their appointments with care and confidence to make them comfortable within the dental environment. Outside of the office, she is caring for her 4 beautiful kids and 2 turtles. She enjoys arts and crafts with her kids, cooking, baking and reading any book she can. In her career and personal life, she is motivated by helping and caring for others.
STEPHANIE
Hygienist
Stephanie is a dedicated dental hygienist known for her gentle touch and upbeat, friendly approach. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident while delivering thorough, high-quality care and easy-to-understand education. Born and raised in Texas, Stephanie brings a warm, positive energy to every visit and strives to make each appointment a stress-free, genuinely enjoyable experience while supporting long-term oral health.
